1. Organiser
The draw is organised by Benoît Morin, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), RCS Paris 833 409 154, c/o HELLODOM, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (“Dogood”). Contact: [email protected].
2. Who can enter
Anyone aged 18 or over, or younger with the consent of a parent or guardian. The draw is open wherever the law allows a free draw without a prior filing or authorisation: not to residents of Quebec, Italy or Brazil, nor where it is forbidden.
Entry is free and needs no purchase: the advent calendar is part of the free Dogood app. One entry per person, however many cards they post or send. The organiser and the people who help run the draw cannot win.
3. How to enter
From December 1 to 24, Dogood’s advent calendar asks one question a day. A door counts when something is written on that day’s page in the Dogood app, begun on its day or the day after at the latest. When all 24 doors count, Dogood shows a 24/24 card.
To enter, post that card in public with #DogoodAdvent on the social network of your choice, or email it to [email protected], by December 31 at 23:59, Paris time. A post must stay public until the draw. Posts are found by searching the hashtag: to be sure yours counts, you can also email it.
Dogood never sees your journal and cannot check a card: entries are accepted in good faith, and a card that is clearly made up or taken from someone else may be set aside.
4. Prizes
5 prizes, each a Dogood Plus licence for life, worth €29 (the price of Dogood Plus). It turns Plus on in the winner’s own journal; a winner who already has Plus receives it as a gift code, to give.
A prize cannot be exchanged for money or for anything else.
5. The draw
On January 5 of the following year, 5 winners are drawn at random among the valid entries, each person counting once.
6. Winners
Winners are told by a reply to their post or by email, within a week of the draw. A winner has 14 days to answer; after that, another name is drawn in their place. A winner’s first name or handle is announced only if they agree.
7. Your data
To run the draw, the organiser keeps the handle or email address of each entry, and the email address of each winner, only for the draw and for delivering the prizes. They are deleted within three months of the draw at the latest and used for nothing else.
You can ask to see, correct or delete them at [email protected], and complain to the CNIL, France’s data protection authority. The card itself holds nothing from your journal: only the doors, the year and the hashtag.
8. Social networks
This draw is not run, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky or any other network, which bear no responsibility for it. By posting, you follow that network’s own rules.
9. These rules
These rules are free to read on this page; entering means accepting them. The organiser may cut short, extend or change the draw if something beyond its control requires it, saying so on this page.
They are governed by French law. For any question or complaint, write first to [email protected].
